The vacation house was built by Joakim Kunjašić "Kunjas" from Blato for a vacation after working as a mayor, governor at the Viennese court, and landowner.
During his time, he did a lot of big projects for the inhabitants of this part of the island of Korčula, such as draining the swamp by building a drainage tunnel and thus obtaining a large area of agricultural land, building a large primary and secondary school, building various roads and planting a large row of medicinal linden trees through Blato place. He built a road leading to his house in Potirna, which is still in use today. They came to it from Blato in carriages and he is known for gathering people with his whistle. In his family there were many learned persons such as priests, doctors of law, surveyors, etc. The house was named after his bride Nedjeljka "Domi", who was later the mistress of the estate. Thanks to her, the house was restored, extended and completed with other contents, which was started in 1993. until today.
On the westernmost part of the island of Korčula, oriented towards the south, where the most valuable natural and tourist potentials are, such as natural beauty, clean environment and proximity to the sea, in the area of Potirna, which dates back to the beginning of the 17th century, rural tourism is developing. The longer duration of the tourist season makes it possible to participate in local activities, picking olives and processing organic olive oil, hiking, cycling, excursions and the like.
The entire complex is rich in holm oak (Quercus ilex), Aleppo pine and black pine (Pinus halepensis and Pinus nigra subsp. Dalmatica), wild olive (Olea oleaster), carob (Ceratonia siliqua), and other lower plants.
The house and property with a row of olive trees is categorized with four suns and is managed by the Damir Marinović family.
